Refund policy

We are happy to take returns on products within 14 days of receipt of products. Returns must be in new condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid return authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers processing and distribution fees we pay on returned items. Please reach out through our contact form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method (not including shipping) and will receive an confirmation email. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
